Emerald lining

100% mulberry silk, dyed to #17A06E. Visible from above when the shoe is moving.

— 02 · Heel

[ HEEL · DETAIL ]

Hourglass heel

100mm. Carved from a single block, finished in matte lacquer, set with a steel core. The braided spine is hand-applied — about forty minutes per pair.

— 03 · Upper

[ UPPER · DETAIL ]

Patent-silk upper

A patent finish brushed by hand over fine silk satin. The silk keeps it from feeling plastic; the patent keeps it from showing every fingerprint.

Studio note

“We made the shoe
we couldn't find.”

We started by listing the heels we already owned and what was wrong with each one. Too round at the toe. Too short in the heel. Lining that scuffed in two months. The Signature is the answer to that list — a 100mm Italian stiletto with patent-silk over satin, lined in emerald silk, made one pair at a time outside Florence.
