When do reservations ship?

Our first production run ships from Florence on July 15, 2026. We open shipping in two waves so couriers don't bottleneck — you'll get a 5-day window before your tracking goes live.

How much does it cost?

Free standard shipping worldwide. Expedited shipping is available at cost once your pair is ready to leave the atelier (typically $25–$60 depending on country).

Estimated delivery

• United States, Canada: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• UK, EU: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Australia, New Zealand, Asia: 5–9 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Duties and taxes

For UK, EU, and US orders we ship Delivery Duty Paid — there's nothing to pay at the door. Other countries may charge local import duties; we display an estimate at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping notification with a live tracking link 3–5 days before dispatch. We also send a couple of production photos along the way so you can see your pair come together on the bench.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email [email protected] and we'll open a carrier trace. We'll re-ship at our cost if a package is confirmed lost.
