If it doesn't fit

We'll cover the return shipping and exchange you to the correct size — once, on us. After the first exchange, regular return shipping rates apply.

If you change your mind

You have 30 days from the date your pair arrives to return for a full refund. Pairs must be returned unworn (a few steps on a hard floor is fine — that's how you size them) and in the original box.

Cancelling a reservation

Reservations cancel any time before shipping. We refund the deposit in full within 5 business days. Email [email protected] with your reservation ID.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your reservation ID and reason.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop the box at any carrier point — you'll get a tracking link.
4. Refund issued within 3 business days of receipt.

Lifetime re-sole

Every pair includes free re-soling for the life of the shoe. Ship them back when the rubber wears down; we'll resole and return on us.
